About us

Built by people who ship

bikeryOS is made by BrettlJausn, a small, product-minded studio. We hold ourselves to the same bar we set for the shops we serve: real software in production, hosted in the EU, built to be audited and to last.

Why we build bikeryOS

Bike retail in the DACH region runs on a patchwork of ageing till systems, spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Stock, workshop, sales and the customer never share one memory — so the same data gets re-keyed a dozen times a day and the shop still can’t answer a simple question.

bikeryOS is one connected system for the whole shop: inventory, point of sale, workshop planning, purchasing over VeloConnect and BIDEX, RKSV and TSE fiscal, a customer portal and AI woven through it all. One shared memory, from the first enquiry to the tenth service.

What we hold ourselves to

Real software, in production

Everything we build we run ourselves. No slideware, no vaporware — a live demo you can open without signing up.

Hosted in the EU

Your data stays in the EU, with fiscal compliance for Austria (RKSV) and Germany (TSE) built in, not bolted on.

Built to last

Auditable, multi-tenant and multi-language from day one — designed for shops that plan to be around for decades.

The founder

Karl Friesenbichler

Founder · BrettlJausn

Karl founded BrettlJausn after two decades bridging strategy, technology and execution — from Tier-1 robotics and automation primes to a €50–100M regional P&L as CEO Asia Pacific of a global automation group, and a warehouse-software platform he built and sold. He brings that operator’s view to bikeryOS: software that has to work on a busy shop floor, not just in a demo.

Track record

  • 20+ years across strategy, technology & delivery
  • CEO Asia Pacific — €50–100M regional P&L
  • Founded & exited a warehouse-software platform (2023)
  • Three of the world’s leading automation integrators — warehousing & airports
