The cascade starts with your own connected B2B suppliers. Live product data — descriptions, specifications and images — flows straight from the brands you already buy from over the open VeloConnect standard, with no re-keying.
The BIDEX BikeData catalogue
Next it draws on BIDEX, the DACH bike-industry data-exchange standard, matching your product by GTIN or manufacturer part number to fill size, colour, geometry, specifications and description from licensed industry data.
AI-assisted enrichment (Enterprise)
On Enterprise, AI-assisted enrichment closes any remaining gaps from public product data, using sources you configure — useful for older or long-tail products the connectors don't cover.
A curated-field lock
Enrichment never overwrites the fields you've edited by hand. Every value it fills is tracked, so your own wording and prices always win, and re-running Sync only fills what's still missing. One or two product images are imported automatically.
